> This farm is part of Parcel #26-000-520-00, per Macoupin County is a 40 acre tract. 11.148 acres have been surveyed off, which consists of the timber in the southeastern corner, plus a 125 ft. wide access strip along the eastern side of the tract which provides access to said timber. 

> This farm is under contract for the 2026 season. The Seller has been paid the Cash Rent.

> This farm is available for the 2027 farming season. Possession shall occur when the 2026 harvest is completed.
