Nice mix of row crop and fenced pasture totaling 38.78 acres in Ruyle Township, Jersey County. There are about 21.5 acres in the bottom with a PI of 126. Don’t let that PI number fool you; it will produce as well as any Class A ground. The bottom ground is high enough that it does not flood when the Macoupin Creek does and is tiled.
